I am extremely disappointed with our experience at Ohnos. My husband brought home a meal, and when we cut into the breaded chicken, it had several pink areas that made it appear unsafe to eat. We were about to serve this to our one-year-old, and thankfully we noticed it before anyone ate it. My husband took the food back and politely asked for a refund. Instead of taking our concerns seriously, the employees laughed when they looked at the chicken and responded with a sarcastic attitude. The manager, Abigail, was just as dismissive. Rather than showing any concern that a customer believed the chicken might be unsafe, she handled the situation unprofessionally and made my husband feel like he was being treated as if he were stupid for bringing it back. It wasn't just the condition of the food that was disappointing! it was the complete lack of concern and customer service. We simply wanted our concerns taken seriously, especially since we were about to feed this to our one-year-old. We won't be returning, and I hope management takes both food safety concerns and the way customers are treated much more seriously.

Drive thru accepts tap pay! Yay! Only drive thru review here. Twice they have provided quick and friendly service. Generous with sauces on the side. Will definitely return. Thank you! Love the food and portions.

My first time to taste their chicken Katsu and Hawaiian beef. Big portion. Really 👍🏾 good! Plus guava pie. Best dessert.
